Standard Shipping to the U.S

Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of your order being placed, and packages are dropped off with the carrier within 3 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours after the item is dropped off at the carrier for the tracking number to start updating.

Standard shipping method is either UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage. 1-3 business days shipping is USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping on our items. Please contact us and let us know if you’d like us to open shipping to your home country.

Missing Packages

If your package tracking information is not updating with the carrier on their website, please wait another 48 hours and check again. If you’ve waited and don’t see any changes, please contact us.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to provide a safe and secure place for carriers to leave packages. Once the item is marked delivered by the carrier, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility.

You should contact your local post office and start a trace on the missing package. You can do this online, but you can also visit a local post office for help. All packages are traceable by GPS, so you will find out what happened to the package.

If you paid for 1-3 day shipping (which is through USPS Priority), then you may file for an insurance claim through USPS. Standard and free shipping do not qualify for insurance, unless your order was over $500.

Mail fraud and mail theft

We take all cases of mail fraud and theft very seriously and will report any incidences to the local authorities in your area along with the United States Postal Inspection Service. Please contact us if you’d like the case numbers.

Mail fraud is if someone claims a package is missing when they actually received it, or if a buyer returns an item but purposefully sends an empty box or the wrong item. Mail theft is if someone steals your package after it’s been delivered.
