Why is there a disclaimer on the color of the items?
You'll notice a color disclaimer on all of the products. This is because it can be hard to communicate the exact color and shade of an item since each computer monitor, tablet, and phone screen can show the same exact color in different shades. Plus, colors can photograph differently depending on the lighting and background colors.
We do our absolute best to photograph and represent the items exactly how they appear. But please understand that there may be a variance between what you see on your screen and what arrives on your doorstep.
Shipping
Where is the tracking # for my order?
Two places: check your email for a message with your order's tracking number, or log in to your account page to see a list of previous orders with tracking details.
What's the fastest way to get my order?
The fastest way to get your order is to use the 1-3 business day shipping option, which is UPS Priority.
At this time, we're unable to offer a rush option for making your items. If you need your item by a certain date, feel free to contact us and see if it'll be possible or not. Keep in mind after we hand off the package to the shipper, that the shipping carriers may face unexpected delays.
My package says it's been delivered but I don't see it anywhere, what do I do?
It is the buyers' responsibility to provide a safe and secure place for carriers to leave packages. Once the item is marked delivered by the carrier, it is the buyer's sole responsibility.
You should contact your local post office and start a trace on the package. You can do this online, but you can also visit a local post office for help. If you paid for 1-3 day shipping (which is through USPS Priority), then you may file for an insurance claim through USPS. Standard and free shipping do not qualify for insurance, unless your order was over $500.
For more details, please read our shipping policy. If you still have questions, please contact us for assistance.
Returns
How do I buy a return shipping label?
For the best rates, you can contact us for a return shipping label quote. If you're OK with the amount, we'll send you a link to make payment. Once you pay, we will email you a shipping label that you can print and tape onto the package.
You can also buy a shipping label at the counter at USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received by us and verified to be in unused, unworn condition with the original tags, you'll automatically get a refund to the original payment method. This can take up to 10 to 15 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. If it's been longer than 10 to 15 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
Designs
What’s machine embroidery?
Embroidery machines are pretty amazing. You load an embroidery design onto them, and they stitch it out. The actual process is a lot more complicated than that though.
And in case you were wondering–embroidery is the art of using thread to make designs. Hand-embroidery is when people sew each stitch out by hand, whereas machine embroidery is when machines do it.
I have an idea for a new design, do you want to hear it?
Absolutely! While we can't guarantee that we can use your ideas, you're welcome to share anything by contacting us. Please be aware that we do not offer payment for design ideas that are turned into products.
What does it mean to digitize an embroidery design?
An embroidery machine needs an embroidery design, otherwise it won't work. And these embroidery designs are made with embroidery design software. I use software called Hatch, although there are many other options out there. Basically, I turn pixels into thread and make decisions about what kind of stitches, fill, angles, etc. to use.
When I first started embroidering, I purchased designs or sent designs to digitizers. I decided after some time that I wanted to learn how to do it myself, so I could get designs that looked exactly the way I wanted them to look. It's pretty fun, and a completely different process compared to other software like using Photoshop or Illustrator.
Behind the Scenes
What are your core Christian beliefs?
I believe that the Word of God as published in the Christian Holy Bible is the infallible truth. If it's in the Scripture, I believe it. If it's not in Scripture, I don't believe it.
What inspired you to start the business?
I decided to learn how to do machine embroidery in the winter of 2022. I also learned how to digitize embroidery files around the same time. I was more interested in doing custom work for local clients, but I had to put everything on pause. I was focused on other pursuits and even sold off all of my embroidery machines. But in November 2024 I purchased another embroidery machine and began making designs. This time, the designs were about honoring Christ.
I went to a Christian store several months ago for the first time and noticed that while there are some good Christian apparel options there, that there weren't many options with the KJV. And for me, the KJV is what changed my life. So after doing some research and emailing the Cambridge publisher team, I found out that I could seek permission to use the KJV but it wasn't necessary until I was ready to expand to the UK. After that, I began making designs and digitizing them for embroidery.
