Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, unworn condition with the original tag still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items not eligible for returns

You cannot return sales items, custom items, or digital items.

How to start a return

To start a return, email believeembroidery22@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved

Once your return is approved, you will need to pay for return shipping. You can either pay us the amount for the shipping label or purchase a label on your own.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Reasons for denied refunds

Your return request will be denied if:

  • Item is used, missing the original tag, or damaged.
  • Item is returned without approval.
  • Item is returned after the return window.
